Experience the deep, full-bodied character of authentic Japanese matcha with Ping Cha Tea Okumidori Ceremonial Grade Matcha. Carefully crafted from shade-grown tea leaves and traditionally stone-milled into an ultra-fine powder, this matcha delivers a rich body with pronounced umami, deep green character, and a clean, lingering finish.
Sourced from Japan, Okumidori cultivar matcha is celebrated for its rich flavor, deep green color, and distinctive depth. Compared with softer, sweeter cultivars, Okumidori offers a bolder tea presence with satisfying intensity and a refined savory character. The result is an expressive ceremonial matcha ideal for traditional preparation, premium lattes, and those who prefer a stronger matcha experience.
The 100g sealed bag helps preserve freshness, aroma, and color while offering a larger size for frequent matcha drinkers, cafés, and premium beverage preparation.
For optimal freshness, store matcha in a cool environment and refrigerate after opening.
